Animal America Pet Resort has started a special dog training program for rescue dogs at Bedford Animal Control. Allie is 18 mo. old. She is a lab/ border collie mix. She is very energetic and very sweet. She has been spayed and weighs about 50lbs. She has been at our pet resort for a week receiving some basic training. She really likes to run around with the other dogs at the resort and playing fetch with our counselors. She has a pretty solid “sit” cue and is doing very well learning how to walk on a loose leash, waiting at doorways and much more. Allie would do best with a family that has plenty of time to exercise her daily and is interested in continuing her training.
